1. About Noble County Events

Noble County Events, Inc. is an Indiana nonprofit organization that organizes, promotes, hosts, and supports community events, programs, exhibitions, and related activities.

Events may include trade shows, expos, festivals, community programs, fundraising activities, vendor events, educational programs, and other public or private events.

2. Eventeny Event Management Platform

Noble County Events uses Eventeny, a third-party event-management platform, for certain event-related services. Depending on the event, Eventeny may be used for ticket sales, vendor and exhibitor applications, registrations, sponsorship activities, event communications, payments, invoices, and other event-management functions.

When you access or use Eventeny, you are also subject to applicable Eventeny terms, policies, and requirements. Eventeny is an independent third-party service provider and is not owned or operated by Noble County Events.

Noble County Events remains responsible for its own event-specific decisions, including event pricing, vendor acceptance decisions, booth assignments, NCE refund policies, event rules, schedules, and other matters controlled by NCE.

Eventeny may independently establish platform requirements, processing procedures, account requirements, fees, or other conditions governing use of its services.

3. Event Tickets and Admission

Tickets for certain Noble County Events programs may be sold through Eventeny or another ticketing method identified by NCE.

Admission tickets are valid only for the event, date, or admission period identified at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event:

• All ticket sales are subject to event availability.
• Tickets may not be duplicated, reproduced, or fraudulently used.
• NCE may require proof of purchase or valid ticket confirmation for admission.
• Admission may be denied for fraudulent, altered, duplicated, or invalid tickets.
• Event-specific admission rules may apply.

4. Ticket Refunds

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable event listing, ticket page, or purchase process, admission ticket sales are final and non-refundable after purchase except when Noble County Events cancels an event and elects to issue refunds or when otherwise required by law.

Failure to attend an event does not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, NCE may allow previously purchased tickets to remain valid for the rescheduled event rather than issuing an automatic refund.

When a ticket was purchased through Eventeny, any approved refund may be processed through Eventeny and its applicable payment processing system.

5. Vendor and Exhibitor Applications

Noble County Events may use Eventeny to receive and manage vendor, exhibitor, artist, food vendor, or other event applications.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, participation, or booth placement.

Noble County Events reserves the right to review and approve or decline applications based on event needs, available space, vendor category, product mix, duplication, event suitability, safety considerations, or other legitimate operational factors.

Vendor and exhibitor participation may also be subject to event-specific rules, regulations, contracts, applications, insurance requirements, health requirements, licensing requirements, and setup instructions.

6. Vendor and Exhibitor Payments

Vendor and exhibitor fees are due according to the terms provided during the applicable application or registration process.

Applications submitted through Eventeny may require applicants to provide payment information as part of the application process. Applicable charges may be processed according to the payment terms presented in the application.

A booth or participation space is not considered fully secured until all required approvals, agreements, payments, and required documentation have been completed.

Noble County Events may release unpaid or incomplete spaces when payment, documentation, insurance, licenses, permits, or other required materials are not received by the applicable deadline.

7. Vendor Cancellations and Refunds

Vendor and exhibitor cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the specific rules, Eventeny application, agreement, or refund policy established for the applicable event.

Unless otherwise provided in writing, payment of a vendor or exhibitor fee does not guarantee a refund if the participant later chooses not to attend.

Event-specific vendor applications may contain different deadlines, cancellation provisions, refund percentages, transfer options, or non-refundable payment provisions.

When event-specific terms differ from these general Terms, the event-specific application, agreement, or policy will control.

8. Sponsorships

Sponsorship purchases are subject to availability, approval, and the benefits stated in the applicable sponsorship package, application, Eventeny listing, or agreement.

Sponsorship benefits may include advertising, signage, recognition, exhibit space, digital promotion, event naming opportunities, or other promotional benefits as specifically described.

Sponsors are responsible for providing logos, artwork, advertisements, and other required materials by stated deadlines.

Failure to provide required materials by a deadline may limit NCE's ability to provide certain promotional benefits and does not necessarily create a right to a refund.

Sponsorship payments are generally considered commitments to the applicable event or program and are subject to cancellation and refund terms stated in the applicable sponsorship agreement, application, or package.

9. Event Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation

Noble County Events may modify event dates, hours, locations, layouts, schedules, programming, exhibitors, entertainment, activities, or other event details when reasonably necessary.

Changes may occur because of weather, emergencies, venue conditions, governmental requirements, safety concerns, insufficient participation, circumstances beyond NCE's reasonable control, or other operational needs.

If an event is postponed, relocated, materially modified, or canceled, Noble County Events will determine the applicable ticket, vendor, exhibitor, and sponsorship procedures based on the circumstances and any event-specific agreements.

10. Weather and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Events may be affected by severe weather, natural disasters, utility failures, governmental actions, public emergencies, transportation disruptions, venue issues, acts or omissions of third parties, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Noble County Events.

Noble County Events will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes affecting an event but cannot guarantee that every scheduled activity, exhibitor, vendor, attraction, speaker, or program will occur as originally advertised.

11. Conduct at Events

Attendees, vendors, exhibitors, sponsors, volunteers, contractors, and other participants are expected to behave in a safe and respectful manner.

Noble County Events may deny admission or require a person to leave an event for conduct that creates a safety risk, disrupts the event, damages property, violates applicable law or event rules, threatens or harasses others, or substantially interferes with event operations.

Removal for misconduct does not automatically create a right to a refund.

12. Vendor and Exhibitor Responsibility

Vendors and exhibitors are responsible for their own displays, products, personnel, equipment, property, sales transactions, licensing, permits, taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws and event requirements.

Vendors and exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their products, services, displays, signage, activities, and business practices are lawful, safe, and appropriate for the event.

Participation in an NCE event does not constitute an endorsement by Noble County Events of a vendor, exhibitor, sponsor, product, service, or business.

13. Booth and Space Assignments

Noble County Events retains authority over event layouts and booth or exhibit space assignments.

Eventeny or another event-management system may be used to display, select, assign, or manage booth locations.

Specific locations, neighboring exhibitors, traffic patterns, entrances, exits, staging areas, or layouts are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

NCE may relocate or adjust an assigned space when reasonably necessary for safety, event operations, venue requirements, accessibility, or overall event management.

14. Photography, Video, and Media

Photography, video recording, and other media may occur at Noble County Events programs and events.

Images or recordings of event environments may be used by Noble County Events for news, archival, promotional, advertising, educational, or social-media purposes.

When reasonably practical, individuals with specific concerns regarding photography or recording should contact an NCE representative.

15. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the Noble County Events website or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.

You may not knowingly:

• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
• Introduce malicious software, code, or harmful material;
• Interfere with website functionality or payment processing;
• Submit false or misleading transaction information; or
• Use automated systems to disrupt or abuse website services.

16. Merchandise and Online Store

Noble County Events may offer apparel, merchandise, or other products through its website or through third-party e-commerce services.

Product availability, styles, colors, sizes, pricing, and other product details are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but colors, appearance, sizing, or other characteristics may vary from images displayed online.

Merchandise orders may be processed, fulfilled, shipped, or otherwise supported by third-party e-commerce, payment, printing, fulfillment, or shipping providers.

Shipping times, delivery estimates, product availability, returns, exchanges, and other merchandise-specific terms may be subject to the policies presented through the applicable store or checkout process.

Noble County Events may cancel or refund an order when a product is unavailable, an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled, a pricing or listing error occurs, or a transaction is identified as potentially fraudulent or unauthorized.

17. Eventeny and Payment Processing

Noble County Events uses Eventeny for certain event-related transactions, including ticket sales, vendor and exhibitor applications, registrations, sponsorship activities, invoices, and related payments.

Transactions completed through Eventeny are processed through Eventeny and its applicable payment-processing provider. Payment information submitted through Eventeny is handled according to Eventeny's and its payment processor's applicable terms, policies, and security practices.

By completing a transaction through Eventeny, you authorize the processing of the transaction according to the price, payment schedule, authorization, and other terms presented during that transaction.

You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted in connection with a transaction.

Noble County Events generally does not directly receive or store complete payment card numbers or card security codes for transactions processed through Eventeny.

18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made incorrectly, we encourage you to contact Noble County Events or follow the applicable Eventeny support process before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that the transaction can be reviewed.

Filing a payment dispute does not alter otherwise applicable event rules, refund policies, contracts, applications, or payment obligations.

Noble County Events may provide transaction records, applications, agreements, communications, authorization records, attendance records, or other relevant documentation to Eventeny, a payment processor, or a financial institution when responding to a payment dispute.

19. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Noble County Events name, logos, event branding, website content, graphics, designs, written materials, and other original NCE materials are owned by or licensed to Noble County Events, Inc.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.

Vendor, sponsor, exhibitor, and third-party names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

20. Third-Party Vendors and Services

Noble County Events may use or provide access to third-party vendors, exhibitors, sponsors, contractors, payment services, e-commerce services, ticketing or event-management platforms, websites, or other organizations.

Eventeny and other third-party providers operate independently from Noble County Events and may maintain their own terms, policies, account requirements, and privacy practices.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Noble County Events is not responsible for the independent products, services, representations, transactions, privacy practices, security practices, or conduct of third parties.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Noble County Events, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, attendance at an event, or participation in an event, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

22. Personal Property

Attendees, vendors, exhibitors, sponsors, and participants are responsible for their own personal and business property.

Noble County Events is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property except to the extent responsibility is imposed by applicable law.

23. Privacy

Information collected directly by Noble County Events is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Information submitted through Eventeny is also subject to Eventeny's applicable privacy practices. Noble County Events may receive or access information submitted through Eventeny as necessary to review applications, manage ticket sales, communicate with participants, administer events, maintain records, and otherwise operate NCE programs.

24. Electronic Transactions

By submitting an online application, registration, purchase, authorization, acknowledgment, or acceptance through the NCE website, Eventeny, or another authorized platform, you agree that electronic records and electronic communications may be used in connection with the transaction.

Checking an acceptance box, submitting an online form, submitting an Eventeny application, completing checkout, or otherwise electronically indicating acceptance may constitute your agreement to the applicable terms, policies, payment authorization, or other conditions presented during that transaction.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

27. Changes to These Terms

Noble County Events may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our events, website, online store, event-management platforms, transaction practices, policies, or legal requirements.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
