When you submit information through Eventeny, that information is collected and processed through Eventeny's platform. Noble County Events may receive, view, access, download, maintain, or use information submitted through Eventeny when reasonably necessary to administer our events and transactions.

Information NCE may receive or access through Eventeny may include contact information, ticket or registration information, application information, business information, booth or space information, transaction records, payment status, sponsorship information, and other information you submit in connection with an NCE event.

Eventeny operates independently from Noble County Events and maintains its own privacy practices, security practices, terms of service, and platform policies.

Information collected or processed independently by Eventeny is subject to Eventeny's applicable privacy policy and terms in addition to this Privacy Policy where NCE receives or uses the information.

Noble County Events does not control Eventeny's independent collection, use, retention, or security of information. Individuals using Eventeny should review Eventeny's privacy policy and terms of service before submitting information through its platform.

5. Payment and E-Commerce Processing

Payments and online purchases may be processed through independent third-party payment processors, event-management platforms, or e-commerce platforms.
